My in-laws brought us some back from St Lucia. Technically, it’s mashed bananas, sugar, vinegar, tomato paste and spices; literally, ketchup but replace the tomatoes with bananas. But when you taste it, it’s…it’s sweet and tangy and a hint spicy. When Kyle and I first tasted it our response was, “Huh…it’s…huh.” But used similar to ketchup or mustard, it’s really good.
